WHO WE ARE
We are a boutique consultancy based in Singapore, founded by shareholders and senior executives who have spent over two decades running real estate businesses — not just advising on them. Our team has held senior leadership roles at listed real estate developers, regional property groups and industrial real estate companies, with direct experience investing in and operating residential developments, industrial parks, operating hotels and leased office towers.
That operating background shapes how we advise: every recommendation is tested against what it actually takes to select, finance, run and eventually exit a property, not only how it looks on paper.
